Recently one of the famous technology leakers, Ice Universe, has reported that Samsung is currently developing smartphone camera sensor technology with a much higher resolution of 600MP. Ice Universe proved the report by uploading a photo showing what Samsung’s latest ISOCELL technology looks like. In the photo, Samsung wrote the words ‘If 0.8um 600MP?’ which could mean that Samsung is currently developing a 600MP resolution camera sensor.

So that’s why there must be a camera sensor that can capture 8K footage more smoothly. Because it has a larger resolution, the camera sensor size is also bigger. Samsung also showed this smartphone concept with a very large rear camera setup. We’ll just wait for when this 600MP resolution camera sensor will be announced. Maybe in the future, there will be a camera sensor with a resolution of up to 1000MP.
