Xiaomi Qin 1 and Qin 1s Feature Phones
The Qin series phones come in two variants. Both are packaged in a 2.8-inch screen with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, embedded together with a button in a body measuring 132 x 53.8 x 8.5 mm. There is also a dual slot for micro SIM. The first variant named Qin 1, is a simpler cellphone, has a MediaTek MT6260A chipset with one ARM7 CPU core, 8MB RAM, and 16GB ROM.
Qin 1 does not have GPS or LTE, but has WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2 capabilities. The operating system (OS) is named Nucleus and the battery is claimed to last up to 15 days with a capacity of 1480mAh. While the second variant, the Qin 1s, comes with the SC9820 Spreadtrum chipset with two Cortex-A53 1.2GHz cores, 256MB RAM and 512MB ROM. This phone has supported connectivity including VoLTE, GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2.
Both Qin1 and Qin1s are equipped with USB Type-C to charge the power and the speakers at the bottom. But unfortunately, these two Qin series phones don’t have cameras and audio jacks. Xiaomi Qin is available with a choice of black or white and is priced at about N10,000 Naira in Nigeria. Distribution for the cellphone will begin on September 15, 2018. More on Xiaomi:
