YouTube has announced that there are currently 50 million YouTube Premium and Music subscribers worldwide. This figure was also achieved by YouTube within a year and a half since it reached 20 million subscribers. Certainly, this is a great achievement for YouTube. Head of YouTube Music, Lyor Cohen said that there was a huge increase in YouTube Music subscribers in countries such as Brazil, Japan, India, Russia, to South Korea. The number of subscribers and growth that YouTube currently has is still incomparably to the number of Spotify subscribers which now reaches 165 million subscribers as of June 2021. But it seems that in the near future YouTube could beat Apple Music in terms of paid subscribers count. Moreover, YouTube Music provides a much larger library of songs than Apple Music and even Spotify itself. What do you think? Do you prefer YouTube Music, Spotify, or Apple Music?
